We deliver worldwide (shipping rates vary), please contact us if you need worldwide delivery.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the ordered product and your location.
DELIVERED IN:
- West Malaysia: 3-5 working days;
- East Malaysia: 5-7 working days.
- West Malaysia – RM 8 for every 1000 grams
- East Malaysia – RM 15 for every 1000 grams
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking details:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and other details as needed. You can also track your order status by signing in.
Back Order
For backorder items, please allow 5 extra working days to deliver.
Delivery Address
Other than your house address, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
