Return & Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products at all times. In case there is any unsatisfactory item, we will be glad to exchange the item for you. Please send us a email at inquiry@homestop.my with the order number, product code and the reason for exchange of the product. We will then assist you in the procedures required for the exchange. The returned goods will be checked and verified with the receipt. The goods returned should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition as shipped. In case the goods have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. KS QUALITY RESOURCES will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods, the customer will receive the exchange within  7-10 working days after the confirmation. 

 

Return policy

  1. Return must be done within 5 working days after receiving the order.
  2. Returns are provided for all items; expect sales and promotion items.
  3. No return is allowed if the item is used or damaged.
  4. Return is allowed only once per order number and any order made with return credit cannot be returned.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if it does meet our specifications.
  6. The refund will only be done as a store credit, strictly no return cash policy.
  7. The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the returned product.

Policy on Cancellation of an existing order that has been made:

We understand that you may have a change in your choice. Yes, you may cancel an existing order but only if the order is still on pending status.

Since we follow strictly no cash refund policy, the amount in your credit can be used for your next purchase.

  1. Please send an email to our customer service email at ksqualityresources@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  2. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
