We will try our best to maintain consistency in the product specifications and put up actual pictures of the products. However, cannot guarantee that the actual products will be the same as shown on the monitor. There will be discrepancies and inconsistency depending on the user monitor, product colour and specifications. these discrepancies and inconsistency in detail also depend on the manufactures, for which KS Quality Resources shall not be responsible.

User shall agree that KS QUALITY RESOURCES may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold KS QUALITY RESOURCES harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Inaccuracy In Information
From time to time, there may be information on www.homestop.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.
PRICING ERRORS AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event, if a product or service is priced wrongly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we hold the right to refuse to meet or cancel any orders placed for that product weather or not if the order is confirmed and your credit card is charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order has been cancelled; we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card for the amount charged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us within three days with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.
Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either declared void by the customer or www.homestop.my. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.homestop.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
Return policy
- Return must be done within 5 working days after receiving the order.
- Returns are provided for all items; expect sales and promotion items.
- No return is allowed if the item is used or damaged.
- Return is allowed only once per order number and any order made with return credit cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if it does meet our specifications.
- The refund will only be done as a store credit, strictly no return cash policy.
- The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the returned product.
Delivery
The shipping charges will be displayed once the purchase is confirmed.
We work Monday to Friday, we do not ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
All orders are processed according to the order numbers.
We will send you the tracking number once we despatch the order, after which it is the third party or postal service responsibility and we shall not be responsible for the loss of parcel if we can provide the proof of despatch.
Bounced parcel:
You shall be contacted to inform about the bounced parcel once we receive it.
You shall be responsible for the redelivery charges.
The bounced parcel may or may not be combined with any new order.
